I requested two payouts ($495 each from two Zero funded accounts) on Tuesday, both were approved the same day, and both landed in my bank account by Friday. One went through Rise, the other via SWIFT wire — both arrived on the same day, 3 business days end-to-end. What impressed me most: this happened right in the middle of their migration from NinjaTrader/Tradovate to AlphaTrader. Even with all that going on, payouts kept flowing on schedule. Very good prop firm overall. I am very happy with the infrastructure ( discord/trading platforms/customer service overall), the swiftness in response when need help. Its been a while with them and always happy to share my experience. Recently stumble into a problem that was resolved ( questions being answered) within blink of an eye and i want to price ''INFERNO'' the person that handled my situation, took me out of any confusion and its all clear now to me. Anybody that feels hesitant where to start which firm to pick up - on need of all that just come on board :)
I contacted the alpha support team because my eval wasn’t in my dashboard after purchasing it. Sangay responded to my email in 2 minutes double checking my payment ID and getting that account set up for me. Great support from this team!
Alpha futures has The best customer service out of all the prop firms out there. I accidentally bought a 100k Advanced plan under DeepChart instead of Alpha Trader platform. The next day when I realized this, I sent a message to support team and was connected to MS in less than 2 minutes and within 5 mins I had my Advanced Plan under Alpha Trader platform. Thanks a lot MS for helping me out!

Got 200k/100k FX instant pro funded account with these. Also got 2 10k accounts free. Already got a 3% payout with one of the free 10k accounts within 6 days trading. Better than trader scale funded challenge. They were a scam.
Alpha is back just be patient ! Alpha approved my payout after 3h ! They are just facing some delays during the migration to alpha trader . Everything Will be back to normal in few days .
In this interaction with AF Zehra was fast professional, understood the issue and resolved it with zero fuss. AF seem to put a load of effort to supply good support staff like Zehra. Weather its on chat, email or discourse they have always offered superior support

ZAROON the goat with excellent service also prop firms quite good with payout and I enjoy how you can actually trade everything gold nas and everything else unlike tradovate
Update: The firm has gone back and said it is now paying out the payouts restoring my hope. This is a good move to restore some trust. FIXED: The firm went back on my APPROVED 1800$ payout. The only thing offering in return being a refund for the purchased account.

I was helped with transferring my accounts over from tradovate to alpha trader today, Malo ensured i had a great experience with support helping me with any questions and by swiftly moving my account over to the correct team for the transfer to be requested and completed. he stuck around for 30 minutes after the request was sent to also help me with another question 10/10 customer support thank you so much Alpha and Malo.
For real with all the noise for me Alpha still the best! ihave an andvance account and i always receive max payout and the support respond me always fast!
This ALPHA FUTURE is a fraud scam company, BEN, Hamza and few other fraud scammers running this company, they will never pay you a penny, Avoid this fraud company, these people are already reported for scamming. IF YOU MAKE SOME PROFT THEY WIL DENY YOUR PAYOUT. They will randomly close your account and if you contact support or discord, they will block you, they have been doing these with 1000s of their customers
