Don't Buy
Despite completing all stages, I was not granted my funded account. I had trades where I took risks above 2%, but even though I kept my overall risk below 1.2%, I still didn't receive my funded account. Unfortunately, the rules are not clearly stated, and even if you pass the phases, your account may not be granted. I definitely do not recommend it. Their spreads have also been above the average recently. I suggest you buy from more reliable and established companies in the industry.

Based on your trading history, the issue was not “passing the phases and still not being granted.” The issue was repeated high-risk behavior, including trades executed without a stop loss and multiple positions where the risk per single trade idea exceeded 3%, repeated across several trades.
This means several positions were effectively risking more than half of the daily drawdown limit in a single trade. While we do not apply a strict hard cap on position size during the evaluation, our rules clearly state under Prohibited Trading Practices that gambling-style exposure, oversized positions, repeated one-directional risk, or attempting to pass through high-risk trades is not permitted.
Instead of immediately closing your account, we held a discussion with our trading operations team with you and explained why this level of risk is not accepted within our program. As a goodwill measure, we applied a corrective action and provided you with a new Phase 2 account as a second chance, along with guidance on sustainable risk management. After trading on the replacement account, it was later breached due to drawdown violations, and this review was posted afterward.
Finally, patterns involving repeated high-risk exposure are often associated with evaluation-pass services or system gaming, which we actively prevent to keep the environment fair for genuine traders.

When you talk about firms that are disrupting the prop firm industry, Bem Funding is one of such firms.
There are a couple of features that I admire about the firm, but there's one that has stood out for me - I love the fact that the firm offers a balance-based drawdown. You don't have to worry about holding your trades over a long period of time (if you're a swing trader like me).

The 3rd account I got from Bem. Everything is great except for a few rule difficulties. News rules can be more free for at least swing accounts. But communication offers a great experience as problem solving and transparency.

For clarity, Swing already has a looser setup than Normal accounts: positions opened 8+ hours before a high-impact event can be managed during the ±4 min window; trades opened or adjusted within the 8 hours prior are restricted (soft-breach if violated).

My experience with BEM funding is not good. I got a big Scam. My account Was 3004127. I took 100k Challenge. I passed phase 1 and Phase 2 challenge. I strictly follow their rules. During this period of phase challenge. When i qualified for live funded account they permanently close my account by saying that I have breached their rules. I am a professional trader abide the rules of companies. This kind of company behavior badly shatter my morals.

A company devepoled by traders for traders :) One its owner as you guess he is a trader, shared a doge position on twitter and it stopped (That happens so rare) then he was sad and decided to give back the loss of bem funding traders who traded the same position on bem funding. I have tried many fund accounts before and I have never come across a support team that answers my questions so quickly. The support team explains all your questions clearly. So it's pretty good. Also the spread is quite low and when you start trading it doesn't start with a minus, which is very good. You can open transactions such as futures on Tradingview. 1 Star – Arbitrary Rules, Wasted Effort
I had purchased a two-step $5,000 funding challenge. I passed both stages within a total of 6 days.
To manage my risk more carefully, I opened several small-lot trades. Despite this, I was not given the funded account. The reason given was splitting the trades.
Instead, they said they wanted to re-evaluate me by giving a one-step challenge. Honestly, this didn’t feel fair to me.
During this process, I lost a lot of motivation and became somewhat indifferent. Because I felt that even if I continued, the funded account might not be given later for another different reason.
If they had told me “We will give you the funded account, but do not split the trades,” I would have followed the 1.2% rule much more carefully and opened my trades accordingly. However, no such warning was given to me.
For this reason, I do not find the process I experienced fair.
My advice is to work with larger firms that have much clearer rules, or continue trading with your own capital. Otherwise, your effort may go to waste just like mine did.
Some of my trader friends have also witnessed this situation.

Our rules are publicly available in our FAQ and Terms & Conditions, including restrictions on prohibited risk behavior and trade structuring.
What you describe as “splitting trades” falls into patterns we monitor because, in practice, it is often used to build martingale-style exposure or circumvent risk limits (multiple entries that collectively create disproportionate risk on the same trade idea). This is not permitted in our program.
Despite this breach, we did not simply reject your application and move on. Instead, our team offered you an additional opportunity through an alternative evaluation path. This context matters because the decision was not “arbitrary”—we made a good-faith effort to give you a second chance rather than ending the relationship immediately.
Based on our records, this review was posted after your evaluation was breached. We respect your right to share feedback, but posting it at that stage overlooks the fact that we had already extended a second chance. If you had shared your concerns with us before proceeding with the additional account, we could have assessed your case and, where eligible, considered a refund under our policies.
