I been part of the ETF family for a while now and I have to say they are always giving their traders the best customer service.i have a few conversations with Robin and I always leave satisfied and well helped. Robin please keep up the good work and dont let anyone bring you down..as far as the company im still impressed to this day on the lengths this company goes thru to make sure their traders are taken care..its hard to find that in prop firms.But what I love about this company is the beat the beast challenge. I look at it as a way to get funded quickly but its also a way ETF give back to their traders..put keep up the hard work.

I sent in a support ticket about one of my eval accounts being charge the monthly/reset fee for months and not being reset during that time. As soon as I discovered this, I sent a ticket. Within minutes I started getting refund notifications for the months I was charged and not properly reset. They reset the account so I can use it again. And gave me a bunch of points. Excellent service.

I successfully requested a withdrawal, but Elite Trader Funding denied it. Their excuse? They literally told me that I am "too good" and that they are moving me to a "live" account instead of paying out what I had already earned under their rules. This is a massive red flag. A reputable prop firm pays out your profits when you meet the criteria; they don't hold your money hostage to force you into another phase. If you are looking for a reliable firm that actually pays its traders, stay away from ETF. They will find any excuse to avoid making payouts.

I have passed my evaluation, and I'm not sure I want to activate my Elite Funded Account. First, it is quite pricey, and it looks like it rebills every month (unlike other firms). Secondly, is that I need to make $200 trading days, which requires more risk and trading more contracts, rather being conservative and taking what the market gives me. I just achieved my second payout from Elite Trader Funding the day after Christmas, I have a wife and 2 small children, talk about right on time! But seriously if you are trading with patience, discipline and a system you can achieve a payout as well. When I first started trading I would repeat the same mistakes over and over again and I would blame the market, once the market humbles you, you then realize that you can only blame yourself for the impulsive decisions. Journal everyday and learn from every loss, Elite Trader Funding has some of the best sales and the best account in the game, the DTF Diamond Hands account. Elite Trader funding let's you trade however you want. You can add to positions, get back out quickly. They also have the best fills in the business. They aren't going to jump your orders, freeze your screen, and tell you it's your computer. Trading is hard enough without the other props screwing with the connection. 👍Elite doesn't do it. Order execution is second to none. If they would just raise the first payout to $2k they'd easily be the best .

Reliable prop firm,I have been staying with themfor a while I dont like the minumun 200/300 USD to get a 1/10 credit to get a payout at 10 days credited but I realize its for understandable risk management reasons while the firm grows its capitalon the back end. This is in order to disinsetivize "hit and run" trading /windfall trading. I would recommend this firm as it has shown real progress in the progressing from a seemingly sim only/sim eval funded venture to a real prop firm. I expect nothing from good things from this firm in the future as they get more live traders and truly moves into an old school instiyutional style prop desk. I save my 5 stars when this inevitavebly happens.
