The support team brilliant ,also after last updates the made every things clear in dashboard. However one problem left which is one side direction which is like wasting time to get for opposite direction example if I’m keep buying gold in rules one side. It show red warning that I have to get sell to keep it normal what about if it keep going up or down I’m day trades or even swing or both that is serious problem. Thats is thing not giving 5 stars to be honest.

Very good firm with transparent rules, and tight spreads. The dashboard is very user friendly also. I also love the fact that payout is weekly, and it is very easy and smooth.
The only little negative I have is that payouts are processed on Fridays, but U need to initiate it on Thursday, so U need to wait almost 24 hours for your payout. Also wish one could hold trades overnight without having to worry about overnight swap fee.
I have never had a reason to contact support, so for now I can't speak on that.
So overall, I am loving every bit of my time with them.. my account is currently in drawdown though, but I'm hoping to come out from it and get my second payout.
I highly recommend them.

Finotive Funding just leaked my private email address—along with hundreds of other users' emails—because they carelessly used CC instead of BCC in a mass email. This is a severe breach of data privacy and a direct violation of GDPR. For a financial platform handling client data, this level of amateurism is dangerous and unacceptable. I now face serious phishing risks because of their negligence. Avoid this prop firm if you value your data security!

I requested my legitimate payout on May 20th. The Risk Team then issued a generic, mathematically flawed 10% reduction email, which I formally disputed with complete log proof showing zero compliance breaches.
On May 26th, their team escalated the case and explicitly stated via email: "You can expect an update within the next 12–24 hours." It has now been 6 DAYS (nearly 140 hours) of total silence.
They are completely ignoring my emails and my live chat tickets. My dashboard clearly displays 0/5 Strikes and is marked as "Safe". They are holding $1,580.24 of my funds without any system-generated grounds. Absolutely shameful and unprofessional behavior.

When a compliance call is booked, the Zoom link is sent automatically at the time of booking. We do not send compliance call links manually — the entire process is fully automated, and the same link is used to join the call.
Our compliance team was present and waiting at your scheduled compliance call time of 10:00 UK / 11:00 CET. We waited until 11:06 CET, however you did not join the call during this period. As a result, the compliance call was marked as failed.
As clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions, clause 4.12.3(d) – Punctuality & Attendance, our team will wait a maximum of five (5) minutes after the scheduled start time. If the trader does not join within this grace period and does not provide prior written notice, the call is considered failed.
We did not receive any prior communication from you regarding a delay or a request to reschedule. Claims that no link was sent or that the account was closed without basis are therefore misleading.

I got a $2,500 evaluation account from them with two phases. A month ago, after a review process that consisted of questions, I passed the first phase of the account successfully. It was a great experience; the currency spreads were very low. Unfortunately, during the second phase, I went through some harsh personal circumstances. Due to family issues, I was trading in a bad mental state and wasn't very focused, so I unfortunately failed the second phase. Overall, I think they are excellent, and my rating for them is five stars

Profit reductions
Made a profit of 8k. Payout got reduced to 1k for the classic ‘gambling reasons as usual’ no free strategy allowed. dashboard is nice and simple looks professional but not point if payout will get reduced.in my opinion they only pay 1-2k to show face they actually payout and are not a scam as I’ve seen most payout are 1k-2k average with other traders not much big payouts which looks suspicious. Slippage are also bad, ending up losing my account risked 2k and lost 5k. There are much better firms out there to be honest . My Profits covered my challenge fee back so it’s fine. But definitely won’t be using them again

STAY AWAY
I will tell you this once, STAY AWAY.
EVERY single person I've talked to had their payout reduced to 10%. I had a 100k account with a 1k payout, and it got reduced for a directional flip after loss.
Allow me to clarify, I had a short for 10 seconds cause I misclicked the direction and I instantly closed it to open a long. They then justify it with some BS clause which is up to interpretation and at not an actual rule.
Do NOT buy from them, they are BY FAR the biggest scammers in the industry.
