I have been with FTP for several years. However, after the recent "update" their system has not been consistent or reliable. I have had several issues with my account since the update and customer service is soooo slow to respond or no help at all. They used to have a 24 hour support team / chat option. GONE - after the update. I currently can not trade due the data feed to their "proprietary" trading platform is not loading. I have been trying resolve this for over a week. Customer support has NO HELP AT ALL. I reached out through normal channels (through the client portal) with NO REPLY. So, I used the website "contact us" portal to reach out. They told me that they would NOT help because I did not contact them through the recognized account email - TRUE. I had to use an alternate method to get some sort of response!!! They used to be sooo GOOD. Not sure what happened after the "update/migration".
I have been trying for two months to be paid out a withdrawal. Account 5008330. I have raised three seperate tickets. I have been asking for the same resolution, please re send a payment link to confirm my banking details. I have provided all my details, all my account details and all screenshots of email correspondence. The response is always the same: “We now consider the matter resolved” I have received nothing to date. Absolute. Scam.
Unfortunately support used to be super responsive however 48 hours have passed and I've emailed support multiple times. Update this issue was resolved quickly (17/07/2026).
Used to be good and with a nice responsive support. My ticket 265783 has been ignored...Unfortunately, it has become dark, unresponsive and absent. Loosing my trust quickly. No reply to my emails, just radio silence... Very upsetting. I guess they turned "south" (Update 17/06/26). They replied and seem to care after all, keeping my faith for now.
verifiedSmooth process. Great communication. Clear rules. Supportive of the funded traders. Cannot say enough good about the firm thus far. Will update once payouts achieved. My early sense here is they are the most underrated, long-standing, consistent prop in the space.
I contacted Funded Trader Plus Support and explained the problem, even giving them 5 screenshots. I got a generic reply, and then NOTHING. Funded Trader Plus basically has NO Support! The day after writing this, I was contacted and everything was fixed in 3 Days. Sqeeky Wheel!

They used to be super responsive, I don’t know what happened after that upgrade, I’ve passed my 1 phase challenge about 2 weeks ago and I haven’t been able to get any response about my account, I’ve emailed support more than 10 times. Would appreciate the help as I already have previous experience with them and it was amazing.
Great company, customer service and and payouts processing is the most top notch. I'm hoping the company can grow bigger and offer more access to more capital and allow copy trading. Keep up the good work.

FTP truly stand out in the world of online virtual prop firms. Most function like bad casinos where the house always wins. But FTP is different. Yes they cost more but it's well worth it. There transparency and support which is critical for traders is the best in the industry. Recommended!

verifiedThe company has been sold and is no longer offering good products. the new parent company has anti trader rules designed to make it very difficult to pass and maximize their income via traders loosing accounts. Avoid this company and trade elsewhere In their reply to this report they indicate that nothing changed after they sold the company to instant funding. this is a lie. Every user who paid extra to use the ctrader platform were just migrated to another inferior platform and expected the customers to just accept the loss of the extra ctrader fee. The support option is dire anybody watching their discord can see how every issue just get referred to the blackhole of automated support. Again do not trust this organization other prop firms have much better leadership and a fair way to treat customer issues.

verifiedI passed my evaluation, but my ID was expired. I needed to get a new one to complete the KYC process. Matthew was able to place my pass on hold until I received my new ID. I just finished the process and received my Simulated Live account. I appreciate the open communication and the guidance throughout the process.

Buying the account is very easy and the trading platform CTrader is very good whereby it is very easy to manage the risk in terms of pips,dollars and percentage too. The discord channel is very informative and the support is efficient as well as the live support chat is very responsive and efficient. Upon realising profits on the 25K Master account i have requested a withdrawal and the process took under 20hours. That's amazing and got paid 80% by crypto. A super smooth journey.
