Full scam company they will trap u in bogus risk rule which was not mentioned in the start. dnt buy their accounts---------------- Initially this was my experience because no support reps were able to mention on chat abt the rules clearly buy yes JERRY resolved my issue with RESET or REFUND yes efforts lost but trust is kept 5 start for Jerry.
I’m updating my review to reflect how this case was ultimately resolved. After further discussions with the FundedElite support team, we reached a settlement. The company refunded the full amount that I had paid for the challenge and live account activation ($178). To be clear, this was a refund of my purchase fees only. I did not receive the trading profits from my funded account, as the company maintained its original decision regarding the Strategy Risk Limit. Although I still believe there is room for improvement in how important rule breaches and their consequences are communicated to traders, I appreciate that the support team remained responsive and worked with me to reach a resolution. Thank you to Jerry and the support team for resolving the refund.
I contacted support and asked if I had lost my account due to my account being flagged for IP changes. They said you need a dedicated IP. AUGUST the agent said out of good will we will reset your account for free. I was over the moon. Bought a dedicated IP and they have sent me a new account. Exceptional customer service. Thank you again.
You can’t beat the response time you get from these guys! And the trading rules are very easy to work with. After passing their 200k challenge I can easily say I won’t trade with any other company.

I purchased two Instant Accounts with this Prop Firm. I had a very bad experience with his risk rule which is not well explained in his website on how it really works, and my account had a hard breacj without knowing it. After a complain submitted and a couple of emails with their CCO, I got refunded 100% my expenses.

Risk rule on Phases/Challenges are different with live accounts. Very strict risk rules that will make most of those traders fail their accounts and purchase a "soft breach reset" (40% fee of the one you purchased). well, maybe that's their way to make profit and pay other good traders though. Good customer service though, fast to reply. But yep, beware of the Risk per symbol rule. very tricky if you are trying to recover the account from drawdown.
I had a really interesting experience with this prop firm. At first, I made a mistake by unintentionally violating one of their rules (scalping related). I reached out to their support team, explained my situation honestly, and to my surprise — they handled it professionally and reset my account. That showed me two things: 1. They actually enforce their rules seriously 2. But they are also fair and responsive when you communicate properly The platform itself is smooth, execution is good, and overall the structure is clear — but you *must* respect the rules 100%. If you're disciplined and take trading seriously, this can be a solid opportunity. Just don’t treat it like a gamble. Overall, a positive experience so far. Looking forward to growing further with them.

Predatory firm that refuses to pay profitable traders This firm is a trap. They lure you in with cheap prices to collect fee money, but the moment you become profitable, they breach your account. They accused me of "IP sharing," which is completely false. My internet provider uses dynamic IPs, which change constantly and are shared by thousands of users in my region. Instead of doing a proper review, they used a false positive automated flag to steal my funded account. Do not waste your time or money here.
I have a challenge account with them that i bought for $5, If i pass the first stage, I pay the fee, then I'm funded. I had around $4000 in profits but they notified me of Trading with different IP address. I was trading from my mobile sometimes, so it obviously is not a static IP. They instantly wiped my profits for a breach without any warning. After airing my disappointment at not being fully aware of this vague rule, they re-instated my account to the balance. I believe they done this because they realised I had only paid $5 for the challenge? I'm now very skeptical of this Prop firm and believe they will find any reason to not pay out. people should be very aware of the 'strict unfair rules and proceed with caution.
