I ran into a technical hiccup when Plaid verification failed twice in a row. I reached out to support and Daniel handled it like an absolute pro, getting me verified quickly and hassle free. It's rare to see customer support this responsive and and helpful. Highly recommend FFF!
bought evals with them (really good price), but payment wasnt being processed even though it left my bank. contacted support just to be ghosted by Ash... had to create new account to reach out to support and was flagged for device sharing and they closed my 5 accounts. after explaining that i wasnt sharing, but it was in fact just me, TEE resolved the issue and returned me my accounts.

first time with the firm, on the initial platform set up there was issue of data delayed and when i request an agent to assist at extended hr (1130pm ET) , MUJEEB replied fast in a wink and helped resolved issue super fast! Their customer service is around the clock! Thank you MUJEEB
The prop firm is great. Especially the customer support. I was facing trouble connecting my account to TradingView so i contacted Daniel. He fixed my problem within a minute. Great firm overall, I would totally recommend
I had a payment issue when buying a new 25k velocity account which is the cheapest, I reached support and everything was handled quick and within few hours I was ready with my account. The support team is great and fast, That’s my experience.
Manual KYC Process is always a pain but no this time... Shout out to Timothy who gave me a smooth replay and validation within 24 hours. Kudo I would recommend to integrated the OTP to the online process so those users that cannot receive the sms code can have a second online option.
Disclaimer: I am still in evaluation phase, I have not received a payout. My experience with FFF has been nothing short of professional and supportive. The two best parts are the Support you get if you ever have issues, A+ customer service and the second is the community. They FFFamily really works hard to keep traders engaged and connected forming a beautiful community of support. I'm still evaluating FFF but Jay from customer service gets a 5. I ended up getting locked out of the FFF because of backend integration issues with Tradovate, but Jay was able to have my problem fixed quickly. So although FFF failed me because Tradovate was having issues, the site is up and running and looks pretty impressive so far
I was having issues placing a trade on the Tradovate platform on my new account I purchased. I had very good customer support and feedback from the team. Shout out to Kenny for assisting me in resolving this issue as swiftly as possible.
Very nice support by Bhadmus, from Funded Futures Family during my initial signing inn and setting up & process and to activate my funded account. Issue has been resolved with in 45 minutes. I had an issue with my home Air-Fiber internet flagging a connection issue with the prop firm. I reached out to Tech Support and the tech, Nick, was really helpful and got the issue resolved for me in under 24hours. Fast and friedly service.
1 account blown due to trailing drawdown error. (Blown after 625/1250 drawdown) website does not show what subscriptions are active and when I asked customer support for the details and billing cycles, they cancelled all my accounts without my permission. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
I needed some clarification on the copy trading rules of FFF, and Ankur from the support team was very helpful in how he handled my query. The response was lightning fast and Ankur was so professional.

After accumulating $3k in profits, they falsely accused me of using a VPN and stole my profits. I contact customer support to tell them I have no VPN activated, I’m told it is escalated and I’ll have it fixed in 24 hours. Well 24 hours later, instead of my issue being fixed, they falsely report me for a second time via a VPN, then ban my account. This company is thieves and I would never recommend them to anybody. They will scam you
