I normally don’t leave reviews but the conversation i just had with support forced me to leave a review. So i couldn’t trade bc of a lock on my recently passed challenge. Turns out i was using an external copier to my own accounts and it caused a flag for multiple IPS. The team asked for proof front external accounts that i was manually trading and simply copying my own trades to and i provided that to them in a few screen shots. Less than 15 min later they funded my accounts! Moral of the story , their customer support gave me a phenomenal experience and a review was well deserved.

My experience with FuturesElite — traders should know this before buying an account. I had a funded account with an $11,600 buffer built. During a payout review, they flagged trades I took after a CPI release. I was upfront with them: I answered every question honestly, acknowledged the rule issue directly, and cooperated through the entire review. Because of that cooperation — their words — they offered a reduced one-time settlement of about $1,000 “in full and final resolution” of the payout request. I accepted in good faith. Then they reset my account to zero. $11,600 in buffer, gone. The account reset was not disclosed anywhere in the settlement offer I accepted. If wiping the account was part of the deal, it should have been in the terms before I agreed — not applied after. Take whatever lesson you want about their rules. My issue is simpler: I was transparent with them, accepted their reduced offer as “final resolution,” and they added a penalty after the fact that was never part of what I agreed to. That’s not how a firm that respects its traders operates. Get every consequence in writing before you accept any settlement from this firm. I learned that the expensive way.

Decided to try out this firm because there was a 30% discount plus when you buy 4 evals, the 5th account is free. The checkout process was simple. I paid, got a credit card notification, and waited for the eval accounts to become active. The longest it took an other prop firm to activate the eval was 10 mins, so after 10 mins without any changes, I opened a chat with their AI, selected the applicable options, and was chatting with an agent within 10 mins (on a Sunday). He said they needed to escalate the issue to the team to investigate. The accounts were finally active and I received the login credentials exactly 9 hours after I purchased and was charged for them. Support followed up and provided additional information regarding the issue that was outside of their control. Support responded via email in less than 30 mins each time. Pros: - Good value - Active support

I have received my payout from Future Elite, and I can say this is genuinely a good company with only a few minor drawbacks. Their challenge fees are quite affordable, and the rules are not strict at all. However, they could be a bit clearer regarding certain policies, especially withdrawals. That said, I can see they are actively improving—better speed, lower costs, and overall smoother operations. Things will naturally become more perfect over time. Their support team is also fantastic. Shortly after purchasing a challenge account; the team sent me in a wild goose chase & pointed me in every direction with no clear instructions on how to successfully connect my connectivity issue. They make it impossible to receive a refund. I had to open a claim with my financial institution after almost of week of no resolution. Unacceptable; This is not my only prop firms I use. While I have received successful outcomes with other prop firms; this one gives you the runaround & does not offer a straight forward solution. Their Customer Service is even worse sending single sentences with no clear instructions on solving the matters. I would NOT give this firm a second opportunity after almost a week of correspondence with no resolution.

Out of the blue my new account got disabled so I reached out and it turns out, I had my VPN turned on when I was conducting the KYC verification so I was flagged due to a violation. Whereas most prop firms would've pocketed my money and sent me on my way, they gave me another chance to complete the verification and reactivated my account swiftly. Really happy with how I was treated and it leaves a good taste in my mouth for how I'll be treated moving forward.
