I have my account breached due to their dashboard not showing me my actual drawdown limit. I don't receive any emails or message about why I got breached. I contact their support team via discord and guess what they did? They said I'm breached and timed me out in their discord server without proper explaination. Overall, the worst customer service I've ever seen in all futures prop firm

i bought a 50k future account and passed. they hold my account for 3 business days telling "live review" and informed me that i didnt hold some trades for minimum 2 minutes ( understanable) and gave the account back to make another 600$. unfortunately i took some bad trades and blown the account. i did an account reset so that i can start fresh. They took my money and reset the target profit. they didnt reset the max drawdown and no answer for any of my query support staffs. I don't recommend this firm to anyone who really want to trade peacefully.

I bought a Goat funded futures challenge account of 50k on 30 June 2026 , time was 14:19:40 but never received my login details. I contacted their support team through mail many times also tried online chat but couldn't talk to a person . I shared all my receipts and exact payment method with their support team. One of their representative told me that your ticket has been generated and will be resolved within 12hrs but till now received no response. I have all the receipts and mail sent to Goat support team and can share it if required. Thanks

Don't trust this company with your money. THEY ARE SCAMMER, FRAUD. NOT WORTH IT. Go with any other company but not this one. This company need to be investigated. After reaching the target of 53K, they reset my account without any notice back to 50K and said that I committed a violation without any proof. I provided proof on DISCORD and CS, because they can't accept the truth they deleted my access to the channel. That tells you that once again, they can't accept the truth and they are SCAMMERS. Still waiting for the email that supposedly the system sends automatically. LIERS - SCAMMERS -STAY WAY

This prop firm was alright before they revamped their product. I have never seen so many ridiculous rules to pass an eval. Like most traders, I try to pass evals sooner than later which sometimes means sizing up or getting into a trade during price action. This firm prevents you from doing that, essentially forcing you to trade during chop and sizing way down with the hopes that you'll blow the eval and pay them more money. Please stay away from this company. With so many other great firms out there, it would be worth it to spend an extra $10-20 per eval in order to avoid their unreasonable eval rules.

Easy to use interface and trading platform is using ProjectX technology which is a huge bonus for me. Asked a few questions and their reps were able to answer promptly. Their pricing on evaluations are the cheapest at the moment with their ongoing promotions. *Note: I have not yet passed an evaluation or received a payout, I am just commenting on the usage of the dashboard and trading platform.

I see that "One Billion trader" has had the same experience as me. I passed three $50K challenges three weeks ago and passed Riseworks KYC thereafter. I have followed up now 4 times to get my funded accounts activated. I keep being told they are coming but nothing. This leaves zero confidence that a payout will actually ever happen if they can't even activate funded accounts. To note all of the reputable competitor firms (I've done future prop challenges with 10+) all process funded accounts within 24 hours of passing, some even email you instantly pretty much (Alpha Futures and TickTick come to mind). Save your efforts on challenges for more reputable firms.

They consider any trade under 2 minutes microscalping. That's wild! Typically microscalping is in the seconds range, not even 1 whole minute. Mistakenly bought 4x 50k evals. Not sure I'll be able to stay over 2 minutes in this volatile market. Note: Rule applies to eval and funded. Just threw $200+ down the drain.

Everything looks good on the outside but when you pass an account while maintaining and in line with all current rules you would expect to recieve the sim funded account. Passed the account on 06/06/2025 and it is now 24/06/2025. Im happy to just receive a refund and move forward at this point. Will maintain a 1 star until an update is made and a refund has been received.

GFF is one of best trading companies. The platform is user-friendly, easy to navigate. This is the most important thing about GFF the customer service topnotch, they are always ready to help with any problems you face while trading with your account. The rules are fair, very transparent and no hidden rules that would maybe later cost you not to get paid when it's time for payout or breach account. I haven't gotten my first payout yet, but hopefully in a couple months I will insha Allah and I will comeback here again. The accounts are very cheap to afford. I also love the new reward system on the platform also they've got 9 supported futures platform but I love TradingView. I will recommend every futures trader to try GFF.

Awful support. They don’t have any sound and helpful solutions & need to ask questions in several ways and still get nowhere and on top of that they take awhile to respond with nothing helpful. They also don’t know the in and outs of their own platform. Until I get a solution I won’t take down this comment. Also the micro scalping rule is stupid. Although I got through it. I figured it out when I thought I passed and I would wake up to signing some paperwork instead it showed that I had to earn another $600 to pass.
