Legit firm, could improve

What I can say about Neomaaa is they are definitely legit and they do pay, If you stay within their rules they will certainly payout. I received my first payout with them recently and continue to trade on my funded account. My only criticism is the time it takes to process withdrawals is quite long, and sometimes it can be hard to reach a support team member through email. Though the discord channel is quite responsive. So overall 4 stars is fair, it would be 5 if the withdrawals were a bit faster but none the less they are paying out

Absolute heartbreak and disappointment

Absolute heartbreak and disappointment: I was loyal to NeoMAAA for over 15 accounts, and now that it’s time to pay, they disappear. I am writing this with deep sadness and immense disappointment. I have been a highly loyal client of NeoMAAA for a long time; I trusted them blindly and purchased over 15 accounts throughout my trading journey. I genuinely believed in their word and their project. Unfortunately, that trust is now completely broken. For the very first time, I managed to pass the evaluation, get funded, and secure my profit through a lot of hard work. However, my payout has been stuck in "Pending" status for over two weeks. It is truly heartbreaking to see that when you lose accounts, they take your money instantly, but when the time comes to respect the trader and deliver on their promise, they simply ignore you and leave you in limbo. Feeling like they played with my time, effort, and money after being so incredibly loyal to them is one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had. I truly hope they step up and respond, because as of right now, my disillusionment is absolute.

Not recommended. The support team is terrible. They announced a free account for birthdays on their Discord so I spent an entire day trying to get in touch with support, both through their website and Discord. Nobody could resolve anything. I kept getting passed around to other “specialists” with zero result. On Discord it was even worse they just kept closing my tickets without any response. I opened the ticket multiple times. Closed every time. No explanation, no help, nothing. If they can’t handle something this basic at this stage, I don’t see any point in working with them further. Avoid.

As soon as you confirmed that you were using your own EA, and after the necessary verification, the account was upgraded. We were transparent with you throughout that process. Second, the account was later breached due to the stacking trades rule, which is not new. This rule has been in place for well over a year, and it was already active when your account was purchased. It is also a standard rule in the industry and is clearly available in our public rules and help center. In addition, this is not something hidden or applied without visibility: the current stacking level is displayed live in the dashboard, so traders can monitor it in real time and avoid breaching it. We understand that it is frustrating to lose an account, but it is important to distinguish between a company “inventing rules” and a trader simply not respecting an existing one. In this case, the rule was already in place, visible, and automatically tracked. To be fair, I want to apologize to neomAAA for my mistake

They rejected my payout, I did not know that any red folder news is not allowed to open or close trades within 5mins before or after high impact. So now I understand it and accept it. What's strange is, they reset all my objectives, like 5 profitable days, 5 trading days, all were back to 0 except the 14 trading days requirement, so if I traded news why reset all the objectives that were met already, just remove the amount gained from the news, right? But they are not done yet, they removed me also from the discord channel from telling the truth.

As stated in our rules, trading high-impact (red folder) news is not allowed within 5 minutes before or after the event. This rule applies regardless of whether the trade is opened or closed during that window. Regarding the objectives reset: when a major rule violation occurs, especially related to news trading, the system resets all performance-based objectives (such as profitable days and trading days) to ensure the integrity and fairness of the evaluation process. It is not limited to simply removing the profit generated from the news trade. As for Discord access, moderation actions are taken to prevent misinformation or confusion within the community, not to silence anyone. I want to clear up how payouts work around high-impact news so we’re on the same page. On funded accounts, if a position is opened or closed inside the defined news window, we don’t void your trading—we simply deduct the profit that came from those in-window executions. Whenever we make a deduction, we include a short explanation with the relevant timestamps. If you didn’t see that breakdown, we’re happy to resend it. Sometimes, after removing only the news-window profit, the remaining eligible profit for that payout cycle ends up at zero (or below). In that case there just isn’t an amount to pay for that cycle. That’s not a penalty and it doesn’t mean we “rejected” your trading—it's just how the eligibility calculation works for that period. Importantly, this does not breach or close your account. Your account stays fully valid, and you can keep trading. As soon as you generate eligible profit outside the news window, you’ll be able to request a payout again. We also replied on Trustpilot asking for your registered email and account ID so we could pull your executions and re-check the timestamps for you, but we haven’t received those details yet. If you believe your trades were placed well after the news, please reply with your info or contact our official support so we can review and correct anything that needs it. You’ll find these rules summarized in our FAQ and detailed in the Challenge/Program Rules. NeomAAA is a scamming firm

Unfortunately, NeomAAA is a scamming company. They ask for a lot of money to start a challenge and activate your funded account, but when they need to pay they are gone. I requested two very small payouts, they were both paid. NeomAAA has stated in their own policy that when you reach 2 payouts, you will be eligible for a refund of both the challenge and activation fee. I asked support about this refund, because that if how that works, and they told me that they would pay. After waiting some time, they decided not to pay because they said I only have reached one payout (but that is not true, I received 2 small payouts) NeomAAA is the absolute definition of a scamming firm. Below you find what exactly happened: 1. I passed phase one of the challenge. 2. I passed phase two of the challenge. 3. I paid the activation fee for activating the funded account. 4. I requested a payout of 169.52 on account 7742542 on April 2 (see attachment) 5. After approval (see attachment), NeomAAAA did not activate my account again. It had the status ‘waiting for withdrawal’, although it was paid already. 6. I asked the support if they could activate the account again. Instead, they handed over a new funded account. 7. I hit my target, requested my SECOND payout and now I am still waiting for approval. They replied they have to discuss this with the risk team, but never replied with their conclusion
