ThinkCapital is Trustworthy
What is the #1 aspect any trader looks for in a prop firm? I'm pretty sure (at least for me), it's that they actually pay out. Everything else is secondary, a "nice to have". Actually, being able to withdraw your earnings is the critical part. And so far, I can only recommend ThinkCapital, as I've requested and received 4 payouts. Now, these haven't been very large, and so i can't comment on how large payouts would fare, but I've received ~4.5K in total from them without any problems. I was warned to reduce my leverage at my second payout, but they still made the payout and, since then, I have received two more while following the leverage guidelines carefully. I will update if things change, but I thus far would rate ThinkCapital as very trustworthy, up there with any of the top Forex firms.
The cherry on top is that their customer service is highly responsive and excellent.

I have used think capital before as well as other propfirms but I must say Think Capital stands out for it's customer service, iv been nothing but a pain I can imagine but was helped through my particular issues, help ful and very quick response.. I highly recommend as if u have problems there is nothing worse than waiting days for a reply and through day and night there response time was very quick (5 to 10) min sometimes quicker, can't recommend enough.

First time I bought an account where no one mentioned that this is a great prop firm, however, they proved it right by closing my account breached for news trading today the 6th of July when there was no news whatsoever.
Not great, trading view trading sucks. Dont suggest to anyone, never going back to try again

The challenge account you purchased does not permit trading during restricted news events. This restriction is clearly outlined in our Trading Rules and on our website before purchasing the account.
We also offer other account types that allow traders to trade during news events without this restriction. However, the account you selected includes News Trading limitations as part of its rules.
We understand that this outcome is disappointing, but the account was evaluated according to the rules applicable to the specific product purchased.

Breach account because I passed
As soon as I passed the account,
I immediately got the breach message telling I was using multiple profile they didn't even did kyc,I asked them for proof they didn't reply single mail, If took me more then 3months to pass all pharse and all that for breach all my hard work was vanished. Really disappointing prop firm
Edited :- i recived mail and they offer me new 10k account i really appreciate firm out efforts in resolving issues, I will keep you guys updated.

They are scammers—a fraudulent company
They are scammers—a fraudulent company. I passed the funding challenge and submitted my account for the first 3.5% payout, but they refused, claiming I violated the rules by using the same strategy I used to pass the challenge. Be careful; don't lose your money.
According to this scammer's reply, my strategy works for passing the exam but doesn't work when I'm actually making a profit—what dishonest people. He replied to a lot of people, I assume with fake excuses for everyone; a garbage company.

they accidentally close my xauusd trade because of high impact news and breech my account, the trade was suppose to have 1:5 reward. i email them, it takes about 2 days to reopen my account, and refuse to answer my reimbursement question, just ignore my email and tickets. please stay away from this firm

Avoid these thieves
Avoid these thieves, better pay a little bit more and trade with a proper prop firm, the rules are hilarious and ever changing, they manipulate your trades, had SL set yet their system ignored up until my account was 0.07% in breach. Horrible people, stay away!
