For context, I am a funded trader with other prop firms and I wanted to add another account to my portfolio. I looked for prop firms that offer matchtrader as a platform. I really like that platform, it's very user friendly and orders, adding profit target and stop loss and adjusting size on trades is super easy. I bought a challenge from Toponetrader and started to trade. One problem, the orders would fill way above the ask price and shorts would fill way below the bid price on the screen. I emailed support and they said they would look into this but never heard back. No other prop firm has this issue. I never breached the account but decided I would stop trading. There's no point. I did buy the challenge at a deep discount so I'm not too upset but when you get 77% off of a challenge, there might be something fishy going on.
I was having the worst day and I was extremely frustrated because certain things weren't working as well as the should. Unknowingly, I had changed my settings and couldn't access certain accounts like my trading one. Usman came in and was extremely patient with me. He took his time and explained everything and broke it down and after applying it everything got fixed not just with my trading account but other accounts as well I am so very grateful for you Usman

verifiedTopone trader has been a solid propfirm for a long time. They have interesting prices, a variety of account types and simple rules. Nothing to complain really. My only, remark would be to look for other payment gateways to buy accounts because many times I get failed transactions when I try to buy accounts.

I reached out and explained the situation, and the compliance team reviewed it thoroughly, acknowledged the oversight, and reversed the adjustment quickly and transparently. No pushback, no runaround — just a genuine effort to get it right. It’s rare to find a prop firm that owns a mistake and fixes it without friction. That kind of accountability and communication makes a real difference, and it’s why I keep coming back to trade with them. Highly recommend.
Top one trader are workerholic, they want you to get paid after your work every tool is available I have being in their rather for a while but consistency rule is my headache na why I dey run .. except that they are exceptional silent gift to traders
Was dealing with Arjie this afternoon and what a horrible agent he was. Took no care in my problem, handled it incredibly poorly, provided no solution or any sort of investigation. I've asked to escalate, or to at least speak with another agent yet he couldn't even do that. Strongly suggest if you are speaking with him to just close the chat and speak with someone that is a bit more helpful.
