verifiedCustomer support is very helpful and responsive. Buying challenges is a smooth process, and the company's rules help you become a disciplined trader. Once you finish the challenges, getting funded is very easy, and the staff gives you a great reminder to stay disciplined. They also send emails to alert you about upcoming news and sometimes they give you some trade ideas. They are truly a prop firm company who want you to make money and see you as a trading partner.
verifiedI am writing this from a perspective of an ongoing 2 step challenge customer. Really clear objectives. After gaining a profit it is also transparent, as well as remaining part. Same works for losses, and levels of max daily loss/ objective failure. Tech and customer support replies both quick and to the point. Even if the question seems weird, silly or is clearly stated in the Terms and Conditions document you will receive professional and calm reply.
Passed both phase one and phase two of the 100k FTMO challenge. Going into it, I was determined to make the most out of my experience and strictly stick to the trading rules. My system, psychology and risk management skills were tested heavily in these first few weeks as a funded FTMO trader. But I was able to rise above all obstacles and received my first reward being a 5k withdrawal. This is the first of many and also a stepping stone to building something truly beautiful with FTMO

verifiedI’ve been using FTMO for the past two years. During that time, I blew one $50k Challenge, but later passed a $10k Challenge. As of today, I’ve received four payouts. They weren’t huge amounts, mostly in the high two-digit to low three-digit range, but every payout was processed effortlessly, and the money arrived within just a few hours. The spreads have also been very good. I use cTrader and mainly trade US100. Overall, my experience has been positive throughout every stage of the FTMO journey, from taking the Challenge to receiving payouts.

I've had a seamless experience using FTMO. I am a swing trader and before FTMO, I have traded using multiple proprietary firms. I believe I am speaking from a place of authority when I say there isn't an proprietary firm that is better suited to the needs of swing traders like FTMO. I have been really impressed by everything I have experienced so far and would recommend them to anyone looking to start their own prop trading journey.
verifiedYo, deadass do not trust this garbage prop firm with your hard-earned bread! They bait you in with cap promises about smooth trading, but when shit hits the fan, their system is straight trash. They breached my two 100k accounts when I was up over ten percent and they hit my daily drawdown limit twice, completely ignoring my stop loss to secure their re-breach. This platform is rigged and super shady, and when I pulled receipts and called cap, they hid behind some lame "slippage" excuse to dodge accountability. This place is straight garbage and their support is useless. Stay far away! I repeat STAY FAR AWAY FAM.

verifiedI have to say that I got my first payout, despite unintentionally breaching a contract clause. FTMO support was very understanding of the situation, did not terminate the account and still paid me, giving me the opportunity to still use a funded account to trade. Out of every prop firm I tried, this is, without a doubt the most serious.
Clear rules. No trying to pull any hidden rules to deny my payout. Pretty much the only prop firm I trust. Been denied payouts from other companies but FTMO is legit. Treating customers right leads to good business in the future. FTMO treating me right means I stay with them. So in the long term, they win rather than these other scam prop firms.

I’m truly grateful that FTMO provides opportunities like this for traders. My experience has been excellent from start to finish. The payouts are incredibly fast, and the live chat support is even faster—always professional, friendly, and helpful. I also accidentally broke one of the trading rules once, but the team handled the situation fairly and professionally, and we were able to reach a reasonable solution. FTMO operates to a very high standard, and it shows in every interaction. I highly recommend it to both beginners and experienced traders, especially because it is one of the few prop firms that also offers its own educational academy.
