verifiedOne year with FundedNext CFD After a full year of using FundedNext CFD: I failed 3 challenges, got 1 funded account, received 2 payouts, and eventually got banned (my fault). Conclusion FundedNext is very transparent about its policies and doesn’t impose any strange or hidden rules. The support agents are genuinely helpful, and the best feature by far is the Clarity Card.
FundedNext is in a different league altogether. Right from the moment you purchase account to phases where you clear the evals and activation of accounts, everything happens so seamlessly. i had a question on my funded account , The AI bot is very intuitive by connecting me with a live agent with in minutes. The live agent Lina cleared my doubts immediately . This Prop firm have very clear guidelines . However the rule on Flex account about inactivity days is certainly an issue when the markets condition make trading tough !
Being 19 years old, I do not have Bank Statements or Proof of residence. Their support system helped me to resolve the issue in less than an hour. Great customer service from both their AI and Live Agent responses. Wait time has been only a few minutes at most and they have had clear explanations and answers to my queries. My only gripe is the interface of the Tradovert platform structure, but its just more of a matter of getting used to trading on a new platform more than anything else.
I just successfully passed Phase 2! The trading conditions were great for my strategies on MT5, and the spreads on Gold were solid. I had some questions regarding the KYC approval and the timeline for my live account setup, and the support agent Rex was very polite and explained everything clearly. I’m very disappointed with the technical issues at FundedNext. I experienced a similar issue before, and although it was eventually resolved, the same thing happened again today. I opened a trade on my funded account with a stop-loss placed well away from the entry, and my intended risk was $500. However, for some reason, my trade was automatically closed when I was only -$100 in drawdown. I genuinely don’t understand why this happened. What makes it even more frustrating is that the trade is now in profit. Instead of making a profit, I ended up taking an unnecessary loss because of this issue. I have all the screenshots and proof. Incidents like these create a huge amount of mental stress and frustration. They affect your confidence and can completely disrupt your trading performance. I hope this issue is investigated and resolved as soon as possible.

"I am extremely disappointed with FundedNext. I purchased a challenge account specifically to take advantage of their 'JLYBOGO' (Buy One Get One) offer. However, after my payment went through, the promo was not attached to my account. When I reached out to customer support to get it corrected, they brushed me off, stating the offer 'was not applied' and refused to honor the promotion that drove me to buy in the first place. Whether this is a convenient glitch in their checkout system or a deliberate trap to secure sign-ups, it is unfair to the trader. If you advertise a promo, you need to honor it. Make sure you screen-record your checkout if you buy from them.
Great support service, but I would also prefer quicker email replies as its advertised as 24/7 support. My account queries were clarified on the live chat quickly.
