Since the beginning, MFFU has been on the customers side! They have trading rules that I personally like... especially when you see that there's no buffer cap on some accounts. Plus, they process payouts really fast. This week, I lost all hope and trust in MFFU after an immense bug that affected Tradovate and blew up my account. At first, I thought they wouldn't fix any account at all (the customer support was a bit slow on this but we can understand due to the huge influx of tickets) and that they were trying to mess with us for some reasons that vary. However, Pilot ended answering my ticket and offered my a courtesy reset! Big thanks!

I had recently traded with a smaller cheaper firm as their plans mirrored those of my funded futures, but when it came to payout it became very clear that they would look for every way possible to avoid or at the very least limit the amount paid out. I decided to move to my funded futures and hit 3 payouts this week, all of which were processed and paid with a minute. With all the noise in the industry, it makes sense to just stick to the bigger reliable firms. A few bucks saved on a smaller firm might translate to bigger issues when it comes to payout time.

They operate on a no bs system that is easy to understand and follow. Not many firms try to force your hand (in a good way) to have good habits in your trading in order to succeed. Additionally any time I have needed help the support staff has been nothing short of incredible. MFFU for me is ideal for those with large sums of capital to invest into prop firms to day trade, as well as ideal for the little guys who seek cheap and cheerful options such as the 25k builder plan for just 50 dollars which comes with exceptionally forgiving trade rules (news, MLL, no DLL, payout rules, no consistency, e.t.c,). real support from MFF team (Psalm was here today ! really i counted 25 emails 25 for me to understand what Psalm explained to me again and again ! she was there after 22 hours dealing with me not understanding properly since my mother language are not english ! finally after all thus mails and explanations repeatedly and patiently Psalm got me to do what i had to do (concerning my first MFF payout) see ? imagine the pressure on my side and on Psalm side ! finally it's very easy to get payout and within 2minutes i was ok on all sides ! meaning RISE and MFF ! i got the approval and the invite for payout to be sent within 2minutes ! very serious ! and just now RISE notified me that the fund have been received ! wooww !!! all in ones all with 5 to 10 minutes ! and guess what for AGRESSIVE SCALPERS MFF accept micro/agressive scalping as long as you get more then 1tick to 1 point per trade !!! scalper garden in the industry ! important enough to be mentioned ! again Psalm thank you !
