I’ve been using 5ers for a while but recent experience really shon a light on how good they are. I accidentally used the forbidden practice of “one sided betting”. Rather than take my money and block the account like most prop firms would, they simply educated me and then still activated my funded account. They have always had excellent customer service and I’ve also had payouts with 0 issues from them

Used to be a clean and trustworthy prop firm but now their company isn't turning over much profit because their money making model isn't sustainable so to keep their CEO and stakeholders happy they have started to resort to petty and strict tactics to ban traders and not pay them out. Prop firms are the modern equivalent of bucket shops and soon they will shut down and karma will hit these CEOs hard. It's already hard for them to sleep at night

funded 60k with them and have received $4,889 payouts with them also scaled from originally 50k account to now 60k very reliable firm with consistent rules and no hidden ones, they won't do you over like how other sketchy firms do +tight spreads on EUR/USD and GBP/USD at 0 spread +they dont reject payouts for BS gotcha reasons, they will payout if you dont break any rules +normal average commissions +I trust this propfrim the most 100% now negatives of this firm: -payouts are ALWAYS delayed for me, I wait like 7-10 business days on average although they state that payouts happen from 24 - 48h which is not true for all my payouts -they have systematic issues with the firm (randomly deducted $200 from my account for no reason so they owe me and haven't payed yet although I've emailed them) -asked for a risk interview for my most recent payout and interviewer asked to see my other trading account with another firm and didn't state why he asked overall I trust them, most reliable I recommend them 100%

Second is the support on second line, I had some interactions that I really not appreciated. The Hyper Growth program is top for sure.
