Friday morning I had a simple task that I asked madryx to do. I had a feeling from the beginning it was going to get done when they said it will be done by the end of the day. I open up my account this afternoon and the task wasn’t complete. I never had a problem but now I have to reopen a support ticket and get this taken care. This prop firm is still great team to work with but this simple task should have been a 1-2 minute task.
