Fantastic. Jose was most courteous in explaining that a reset was not possible when I reached out about a stop loss jamming on wealthcharts. And at the end of the day, reached back out to let me know that wealthcharts had officially communicated they had issues that day, so it was not my fault after all and would be taken care of. I understand they can’t humor everyone complaining about stuff not working, as there are many factors that may cause the issues (internet, hardware, software…) unrelated to tradeify. But hey-once it was proven there had been sitewide issues on wealthcharts, they made it right. Can’t ask for more.

I also cannot access my Tradeify Dashboard using the email I always use. It says something about Suspicious Activity... I have contacted Tradeify support since last week and after no response for days they are Now saying my account is under review. I have 2 funded accounts and several evals and I was only using Tradeify. This was after I passed their verification process because I passed evals. This is CRAZY.

I really like Tradify! 1 of my main reasons is because it’s trusted, the trading platform option is so convenient. I got my 1st payout on a 25k account and it was quick. The other prop firms I came from took 2-4 days for a payout. **The only thing that Tradify needs to do to become a 5 star firm is level up on their pay out amounts. At least add another $200-$300 to all payout tiers. Nevertheless, I really like Tradify and quill continue to use them.

The conditions, different accs etc. Are clean explained on the Website and if You have other questions you can send an email to tradeify Support the ai that answers give you already what you Need Most. If You have deeper problems the Team Support will help you in a really good way. If You See the Name Sinesh i can guarantee that you are in the Perfect hands. Tradeify is also very accomodating cuz I often forgott to apply the discount Code and after one email where I explained it I got the acc with the discount. Been eligible for payout since 6/30. They're either the worst help desk ever assembled, or they cause problems on purpose to delay payouts. Didn't want to put them on blast like this but maybe it will get someone's attention over there to fix the issues they have created. Couldn't recommend Tradeify to anyone after this experience.
